17.02.2015 – Because Gaurav was at a wedding and not able to roam around with us in Delhi, we took some time to chill out a bit and get some pause from city-rush. By chance I found the so called Lodi Gardens, which looked very impressive in the folder I’ve seen them. So we set up our program for this day: Buy some nice clothes for Karoline at CP and then chill out in Lodi Gardens.
The gardens are great. Lot of space, impressive temples and buildings and a huge amount of different animals to explore and observe. We really loved to hang out there. We took some time to do some little photo-workshop and improving our skills. On the way home we picked up the clothes for Karoline, which have been modified during our trip. Arriving at the hotel Gaurav and Rahul were already waiting for us – since 3 hours. Omg – we better should have taken our mobile with us.
So I can recommend the Lodi Gardens to everyone who wants to take some hours or a day off from city-rush. They are pretty close to Delhi center and a very nice place to refresh and gain some energy again.
