In February 2014 North Latvija Club sent me a short self-made promotion-video for The LEO Book, which was their proposal to take part in the project. Which was really cute and once in a while I’m watching it to get in better mood.
1 1/2 years later I am finally going to visit Latvia and Estonia during my next trip. I’ll be visiting at least four clubs there between 12th and 20th of September 2015. I ordered and received the travel books already two weeks ago, but yet I did not have time to have a look into them. So let’s see how long it will take to read them and if I read them before I board the plane to Riga. Again I’ll rent a car and enjoy the power of freedom. I really hope I’ll be able to see the country and the landscapes as well to take some nice shots for my upcoming 2016 calendar project.
As for any trip I’m very much looking forward to getting to know LEOs, their clubs, their hometowns, culture and attend their projects, meetings and activities.

On 400 pages I show community service of young people, whom I was able to accompany during self-organiced travels to 25 countries between 2014 and 2017.
I am designer, creative and photographer from Wels, Austria. I’ll visit 50 LEO clubs until 2017 and will publish a book about similarities and differences of volunteering around the world.
